Medtronic has recently observed a new trend in customer reports related to potential over-delivery of insulin shortly after an infusion set change. As the safety of our customers is our top priority, we are voluntarily recalling specific lots of infusion sets (Quick-Set™, Mio™, Mio™ 30, Sure-T™, and Silhouette™) used with Medtronic insulin pumps - in cooperation with regulatory agencies.
